The CDF (Queue Detector) monitors, in real time, the formation and growth of queues at toll plazas, quickly identifying conditions of saturation and risk of congestion. Based on sensors and/or video monitoring with intelligent analysis, the solution generates automatic alerts and operational indicators to support immediate decisions.
Integrated into the Operations Control Center, the CDF allows:
• Anticipate demand peaks and reduce waiting times
• Activate lane opening and operational reinforcement at the right time
• Inform the user via PMV and digital channels about queues and alternatives
• Increase safety, reducing the risk of rear-end collisions near the toll booth
