Tracevia concluded the implementation of the Semaforization System for the Campeche Light Rail DRT System (year–August 2025)

Between 2025 and August 2025, Tracevia México executed and implemented the Semaforization System of the DRT light train in the city of Campeche, a project aimed at improving the operation of the corridor that interconnects the Maya train and the center of the city of Campeche, as well as increasing road safety at critical points in the city.
The intervention involves 24 vehicular crossings and the installation of more than 100 traffic lights, with a key approach: enabling DRT train travel priority across the city by maintaining green light priority when necessary, minimizing the impact on general traffic thanks to an optimized and coordinated control logic.
With this modernization, the DRT Liger Train corridor gains greater operational regularity, conflicts at intersections are reduced and the experience is improved both for users of the system and for those traveling through the area.
